It was banned because Betty was half naked. You couldn't say the word "pregnant" on TV back then; net search "I Love Lucy".

we have a different set of standard now. yeah, as to the comment about "I Love Lucy"...yeah, the twin bed thing is incomprehensible now days.... Rob
