LIKE...OMG...SOOOOOOO ANNOYING!!! It's EVERY sorority girl I have ever met, all rolled into 2 idiots in a parking lot...except sorority girls wouldn't be caught dead at Target...they should be in an Old Navy parking lot instead...LOL.
