I had that call just last week. Just love calling anybody's tech support and having them try to walk me through all the steps to find a file, just tell me to find the file and the name, I can manage to execute the order on my own. I guess they are there for all the folks who are barely able to turn the damn machine on. i hade a dell and when i went through tech support i swear i had a dude just like this one and i could barly understand what he was saying

So sad that some would be offended, but on this side of the ocean this is FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a geek. When I have time, my favorite thing to do is ask level 1 (overseas) tech support questions that are NOT IN THE SCRIPT and listen to the pages turn! :-D

I wish I could have heard this one but it wouldn't run. How ironic! I need tech support but I'll be darned if I want to call.
