GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!!! They are trying to do their job with inferior equipment daily. You can bet when they get home,,,,,, HP will be the last printer they buy! :-@ :-@

I bet when he called support, he got someone in India too. These big companies expect that when you call for support on their defective products, you actually want to talk to someone that you're not even sure is speaking the same language, and then pay them extra to tell you what's wrong. I like how you took care of the problem. You should have boxed up the pieces afterward and sent them back to HP.

I served from 1975 to 1979 and will always support our troops. I don't blame them at all for using them for target practice, as i HP printers too! double thumbs up!

Its funny how you defend our country and they want to charge you. Tell them to come out to IRAQ and get in house repair. See how quick they will tell ya how to fix it over the phone. Thank you for defending our freedom. We ar proud of you and the sacrifice you and your family are giving up.
