I personely can state that AOL is one of the hardest ISP's to cancel. They had me so messed up trying to cancel my account also. :-@

i had the same problem with aol, i tried one of those free trial things for 3 months and they billed us any way after we said to cancel it. we told them no that it was free trial and that we canceled, they sent us a bill with our quest bill, we told quest we werent paying :-D :-@

I had a hard time even getting rid of the packaged software program that came with my PC.I despise AOL :-@ on the other hand my cousin loves it and had it for 15+ years. :-| This was a great find....I'm sending him your link! ;-)
