First -- they would be picked off by snipers when they stood up so high --- before they jumped into the quicksand. Quicksand -- good intel about the terrain..... :-O :-O

Funny clip. Especially funny since those are not Canadians (they are wearing desert colours and Canadians don't have standard desert uniforms). I would be will to bet heavily those are American troops. :-D :-D :-D

Judging by the Enfield L85A2's those troopers are carrying, those are either British or Australian troopers. Canadians would be using a copy of the M-16, I'm pretty sure.
that is the kind of soup I got my 4 wheeler stuck in last Fall and had to walk away and let the tide take it. I was not educated that the tires would make it float but it was so mired it would have been a while and I am not that comfy in the cold bay besides I had a 40 minute walk to make in order to get home before the tide flooded me on the wrong island. memories :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D I was not laughing that day :-@ :-@ :-@ :-@
