I THINK ROBIN WILLIAMS SHOULD BE BANNED FROM CANADA AFTER THAT IGNORANT , INSULTING, PERFORMANCE . I WILL NEVER LOOK AT ROBIN WILLIAMS THE SAME WAY AS I DID BEFORE. IF HE WANTS RESPECT, HE'LL DAMN WELL HAVE TO EARN IT NOW WITH THE CANADIANS!!

Its from the movie South Park and its a parody of parents looking to always blame someone else for their poor parenting. Kind of like how you blame Robin for your manic depression and lack of typing skills.
