Frankly I don't think he listens to anyone. HA HA! He only does what he wants even when 66% of the country wants something else. He has nothing to lose now. Free health coverage for life , a salary for life and can't run for a third term so it doesn't matter. He will do what he beleives despite the majority. 8-|
