           MOTHER's DAY GIFT

     A mother and daughter are shopping in the mall when the mom spies an expensive fur coat.

    "This year," she says, "I think I will buy my own Mother's Day gift instead of letting you and Dad shop for me.  I think this beautiful mink coat will be just perfect too."

     The daughter immediately begins to protest......

     "But Mom, some helpless, poor creature will have to suffer for you to have this coat!"

     "Don't worry, honey," the mother says, "your dad won't get the bill for at least two weeks."
