I try to solve in a (I hope) humorous fashion the problem of Washington DC winters, and politicians and prostitutes, by proposing that the winter capital of our country be moved to Las Vegas. I discuss how his could be accomplished, and how this could help solve the problem of politicians and prostitutes, as well as other benefits.
