I've seen tracking systems like this before, have you seen the new Tweel that is about to go into production by a manufacturer called Michelin? It's kind of a concept I once had on making the rim out of a Plastic co polymer. Theres uses spokes like an old buggy wheel, mine was a solid design.

Hell, we've had these for years in Montana! Oh that's right, the rest of the nation wusses out when they see snow, unless you live next to Canada! And that don't include you wimps in the Northeast, yer wusses too.

We could sure use snow tires like that up here north of Toronto this winter. We got over a foot of snow in just one night last week, and it's still coming down. Jibs!
