In Serbia we had that stupid modem Dialup until begening of 2005. 2% of Serbia got the Wireless 64-128k 2006 5% of Serbia has ADSL 256k 2007 10% can get ADSL 768k 2008 about 20% can get 1.5mb ADSL Major TV stations still have advertisment for DialUp o.O Think about it :)
