Most of the shows today are terrible. So I say Fire Them All, and out source to India. It works for computers!

I agree, fire them all and start over, might actually get some new blood with new ideas in Hollywood. Imagine, fewer remakes of movies and TV shows from when I was a kid (long long time ago).
