Description:
A unintentional slip of the finger or a clever yet subtle show of arrogance ? You be the judge. During a public televised meeting of the Collier County,Florida School board (August 2nd,2007) member Richard Calabrese uses a certain gesture. Shouldn't we expect more mature and professional conduct from our elected officials? Even if it was not intentional at the very least is not a public apology in order ? The Board chairman would disagree and no one seems to care.

Perhaps he thinks he is pointing at something or someone? But who uses the middle finger as a pointer finger? Not me and I have never known anyone ot do so. Regardless this is inapporbiate behavior for an elected official who is representing the community on a school board. Do we want our children to believe this is good behavior?
