Skit from a comedy show called "Chelmsford 123."
The scene is set in Roman occupied Britain. The Roman Governor, Aulus Paulinus, is weak and constantly outfoxed by his British opponent Badvaark.
Aulus Paulinus goes to see his shrink for help. The shrink is hilarious because it is reminiscent of bad shrink sessions that we still get today.
