that women was not even suppose to ditch her car...if you still remember your driving lessons when you were a kid, you would probably recall that you should never try to ditch like that

Because our employment requires it or we get to work and it snows. We don't always know in the morning what it will be like. We can't just cancel everything because of snow, stupid or not. Notice most of these cars locked their brakes. They could possibly have steered around had they not.

True, but I've driven in snow all my life, and there's an experienced way and a stupid way. If you drive a vehicle on the roads, no matter what the conditions, you'd better know how to drive. Poor planning is not an excuse.
