With the EXTRORDINARY amount of hardware resourses needed for Pista...I mean Vista, I don't EVER forsee installing it...In fact, I have even contemplated going back to Windows95!!! ;-)
name one reason to spend $100 on a system that is essentially XP. . . exactly

Clearly he didn't even attempt to install it. Vista doesn't have a blue screen of death. Heck, I'm running it now with the most backwards hardware available, yet it recognized everything.

Ironically, probably the easiest way to install Vista would be to buy a Mac - Bootcamp comes with all required drivers, so there would be no need to go searching around.

replyTo load it on a Dell "Vista Ready" requires a second DVD, just to direct the installation and load the drivers, replace the utilities, etc.
