replythis music video depicts Hunter Thomsons life better then the movie as a whole ever did! I read all of his books and had a glorious chance of meeting and spending time with him!(in the 70's and the 80's. Whoever put and directed this video caught his whirlwind life in a nutshell! If you search jib-jab for hunter Thompson ..you will find a Conan o' Brian skit where he actually went shooting with Hunter.Where the movie fails to tell~is his absolute brilliance! read 72' the campaign trail(fear and loathing of course!) and he tells of exploits with Nixon..Thank God Doonsbury lives on with Hunter!

replyWEll At that time I was..I guess you could call me a biker mama( I hung out with the hells angels and the outlaws, and shylocks here in miami. But Hunter was a freind of my daughters father, who was a solo biker with a BSA sporster tank hog, low rider and he was as nuts as Hunter! Or As brilliant as we could say! He also died early. But I will never forget those episodes with Hunter and Rich(my ex and in our living roon the plots hatched..) or the trails we left in the antelope valley~~~.. One day I will write a book! GOd lives with GONZO !
In other words yes I hung out with hunter. He was a freind who you never really had to brag about ..he was just my freind. WE allways had political debates that went on into the night, (I allways thought I won!(Hah) but who knew!?!) I loved to egg him on! He was allways a hero in my eyes and a true political force to be reckoned with~not counting his journalistic genius! There never was Gonzo journalisim till 'Hunter; He truley defined the sport: aka: gonzo journalisim is reporting events as they happen . litteraly writting them at the same time! I will allways miss him and it is nice to see a vid depicting a VERY VERY short part of his life!!!!!!~Kat
