... Nixon was a very good president, he just ruined it by his scandle. He would have probably been reelected anyway. Bush was there with us during his first term, and I love him for that. Actually, America has the worst debt of any one country in world history, around $7 trillion. if you spent $1million a day since 0AD, it would take until the year 2737 to spent the first trillion. Americas debt is seven times that.

bclark2779, Katrina actually is Bush's fault. He was supposed to get the levees on the Mississippi River strengthened so in the event of a hurricane New Orleans wouldn't get flooded and he didn't. So when Katrina hit the levees broke and the Mississippi River flooded New Orleans. I'm a teenager and even I know that. It's fine to have your opinions but at least take some time to actually back your opinion up with facts first.

How can anyone say what kerry would've done in power? How come every democrat has to be labelled either gay or atheist, just because he/she is in opposition to bush and the republicans? It's true that under kerry america probably would've swung another way, but basically I don't think his decisions would've been any better or worse.
Interesting comment - Bush "Caused" 9-11... How soon the public forgets. When Bill clinton was in office, he took a shot at Al-Quaeda and missed. Also forgotten is the FACT that His foolish wife paid a visit to them 14 months or so prior to the end of the Clinton nightmare.
