First, go to that JibJabber's main profile page. There, you will see an envelope icon with a link that says "Send Email". Click that link and you will be taken to your mailbox where you can fill out and send your personal message. Back to Top

To get rid of unwanted messages, click the trash bin icon in the row that corresponds to the message you wish to delete. Back to Top

In the "Mail/Contact" section of "My JibJab", click the orange "Sent" folder. The screen will then display all of your sent messages. Back to Top

Certainly. First go to that JibJabber's profile page. From there, underneath the user image, you will see a button and text that says "Block Member". Click this to block the user. Once you've blocked someone, they won't be able to directly email you or comment on your jokes. Back to Top

In an effort to protect the majority of our members from spam and nuisance message, there is a limit to the number of comments and messages a person can send in one day. It's high enough so that 99.9% of the audience will never be affected by it, but if you are a mail sending machine, you may run into this scenario.
