JibJab will alert you in the following scenarios:

1) Someone has sent you a personal message
2) Someone has commented on your jokes
3) A friend has uploaded a new joke
4) Someone who's JokeClub you are in uploaded a new joke

Absolutely! JokeBox was designed to give you complete control over what kind of emails you get and how often you get them.

You can change your JokeBox Alert email preferences by clicking the "My JibJab" link, then clicking the "Edit" link beneath the “About Me” section or click the “My Info” tab.

Scroll down to the "Email Preferences" and you can then select how often you want your various alerts to arrive: Real-Time, Daily, Weekly, or Never. Don't forget to click "Save"! Back to Top

At the bottom of every email from us, there is an opt-out link. If you click this link, you will never receive any emails from us again. Back to Top

In addition to JokeBox Alerts, we do send newsletter emails announcing new JibJab originals and other fun developments. However, we don't want to send you any emails you don't want to receive.

That's why there is an "opt-out" link at the bottom of every email we send. Or, you can go to the "My Info" tab in “My JibJab” and change your email preferences for "JibJab Newsletter", "JibJab Merchandise" and/or "Special Announcements". If you wish to unsubscribe from an email type, simply choose "Unsubscribe" for that type, and then click the "Save" button when finished. Back to Top
