Why don't I see the JibJab toolbar on my browser?
If you have installed the JibJab toolbar and do not see the icon, or you installed a new version of Internet Explorer and the JibJab toolbar is no longer displayed, go to View > Toolbars and click on the
JibJab option. If you don't see the JibJab toolbar listed, follow the instructions below.

How can I move the JibJab toolbar to a different location?
Note: If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, you must unlock the toolbars before you can move them. Right click on the toolbar and deselect the Lock the Toolbars option.
You can change the location of the JibJab toolbar on your browser by clicking and dragging the vertical separator bar to the left of the JibJab icon by placing the JibJab toolbar in the desired location.
This functionality enables you to place two (or more) toolbars on the same line if you want to conserve space in your browser.
Please note that, as with all of Internet Explorer's toolbars, you can only move the JibJab toolbar to locations on the top of your browser window. Toolbars can not be placed on the side or bottom of the browser window.

Why don't I see the JibJab toolbar listed in the Internet Explorer toolbars list?
Some earlier builds of Internet Explorer 5.0 have a known problem with their toolbars. The JibJab toolbar may be listed under the name 'Radio' (usually the second such listing). Go to View > Toolbars and
click on the second Radio option.
Does the JibJab toolbar conflict with my browser or other add-ons?
No, the JibJab toolbar is designed to run without affecting any other system add-ons.

How do I uninstall the JibJab toolbar?
To uninstall the JibJab toolbar from your Internet Exploere browser do as follows:
* Open your computer's Control Panel then select "Add or Remove Programs".
* Find JibJab in the list of installed applications and click on it.
* Click on the "Change/Remove" button.
To uninstall the JibJab toolbar from your Firefox browser do as follows:
* Open Firefox and click on the "Tools" menu.
* Select "Extensions".
* Find JibJab in the list of installed extensions and click on it.
* Click on the "Uninstall" button.
