JibJab Credits are the currency you use to purchase JibJab Sendables™. Think of them like tokens or tickets at an arcade.

To use your credits to purchase a JibJab Sendables™, simply click the 'Personalize & Send' button beneath the video, or the 'Purchase & Send' button beneath the postcard, and the screens will walk you through the purchase. Back to Top

There are two ways to purchase additional credits:

(1) Click the 'Buy More Credits' link at the top right of any page

(2) Click the 'Send to Friends' when viewing any JibJab Sendables greetings and, if you need additional credits, the screens will guide you through the credit purchasing process

If your JibJab credit balance is too low when trying to ‘Personalize & Send’ a JibJab Sendables™, the site will let you know that you need to purchase more credits. When prompted, choose how many JibJab credits you want to purchase and then fill in the fields to pay by credit card or PayPal (sorry, we don’t accept checks yet).

Credit card companies charge us a criminal amount of money to process small transactions. If you buy something for $.50 and they charge us $.40, it doesn’t exactly leave us room for a profit – and we’re red-blooded, American capitalists. Back to Top

Gregg and Evan floated the idea of making JibJab Sendables ™ free and not paying salaries, but the team didn’t exactly like that idea. Also, when you look at the crap our competitors charge $13.95 a year for, we think JibJab Sendables ™ is a really, really good deal. We hope you think so too! Back to Top

Once you purchase a JibJab Sendable, it is yours forever and you can send it as many times as you want via the JibJab website. Although we don’t currently have the functionality to allow you to download the JibJab Sendables ™ to your computer, we’re working on it! Back to Top

You can click the "My JibJab" link, followed by the "My Sendables" tab. Here, you can review the stats on who has viewed the Sendables, and preview the Sendable or send it again. Back to Top

To delete a Sendable, visit "My JibJab" then scroll down and click the "Delete" button under the Sendable you wish to delete. If you do not see them, click the "Sendables" tab. Back to Top

Simply click the Send Again/View Stats button under the "Sendables" tab while viewing "My JibJab" (the link can be found on any page in the upper right corner). Back to Top
