How can I reset my password?

Click the "My JibJab" tab and then the "Edit" link under the “About Me” section or click the “My Info” tab. Next, fill in the “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields with your new password. Make sure to click the "Save" button after you are done to save your changes. Back to Top

I've forgotten the email address I used to register. What should I do?

Try harder! Honestly, the best thing to do is to try every email address you might have used. We're fairly sure that you'll eventually get it right. I selected "Remember Me" on the login screen but I am still prompted for my password. What's up with that?

In an effort to keep your account safe, JibJab requires you to login fresh every two weeks. If you have forgotten your user name and password in the interim, go to the login page and click the link under the "submit" button that says "Forgot Your Password?" When prompted, enter the email that you used to create your account and hit "submit". We will send an email with your username and password. Back to Top

Where can I see my account information?

How can I permanently delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact us directly. It is helpful if you include the reason for your cancellation as well. We will confirm with you once we have removed your account from our system. Back to Top
